Where Can I Find Cheap Liability Auto Insurance in Indiana?

Indiana BMV

If you drive a motor vehicle that doesn't warrant comprehensive and collision coverage, finding affordable auto insurance coverage for liability can be a little tricky in Indiana.

Most auto insurance companies in Indiana focus on customers who own newer cars. That's because auto insurance companies know that comprehensive and collision coverage brings much more premium. So their primary focus is not on older vehicles that really only need liability coverage.

This can sometimes causes headaches for consumers who are only looking for liability auto insurance, and not comprehensive and collision coverage. Finding a low rate can be challenging simply because many companies target a different audience.

Fortunately, there are many other auto insurance companies who are willing to step in and fill in the void. There are still plenty of companies that go easy on liability insurance.

The key to getting the cheapest auto insurance liability quote in Indiana is simply to find the right company. The most efficient way to do that is do get quotes from independent auto insurance agents.

If you wanted to do so, you could go to every auto insurance companies website individually and get a quote. But of course, this would require a lot of time. It is much more efficient for you to simply get quotes with two or three independent insurance agents and let them do the shopping for you.

If you would like to get a quote with my agency, simply click on the link below and fill out one short quote form. I will then run your quote through my auto insurance companies and find you the company with the best rate. And as always, I handle all quotes personally and privately.

I've never bought mobile home insurance before. Where do I start?

Finding affordable mobile home insurance is not as difficult as you may think. The key to getting a great rate is to shop around with different mobile home insurance companies. What I do personally is allow you to select the coverage levels you want, and then I will run them through my companies to see who has the lowest rate based on the coverage levels you have chosen. Once you do that with two or three independent agents, you should have quoted with enough companies that you can find an affordable rate.

What types of mobile home insurance is available?

Insurance companies differ on what types of mobile homes they will accept. With the companies I carry, we can insure any mobile home, manufactured home, modular home, or fifth wheel campers that are used as a permanent residence, and has permanently attached features to it.

I cannot find mobile home insurance because of previous claims I have filed. Can you help me?

In most cases, Yes. Some of the companies I carry accepts mobile home insurance for homes that other companies will not insure. I can not insure every mobile home but I can try with some companies that are a little more forgiving about claims.

I just bought a mobile home through a bank loan. They tell me I need to buy a mobile home insurance. How much coverage do I need?

That is something you need to find out before getting a mobile home insurance quote. The bank will tell you the minimal amount of coverage they require you to keep as long as your loan is still outstanding. Of course, you are not limited to those minimum requirements. You may choose higher levels of coverage if you would like.

Can I insure my mobile home on a replacement cost basis?

With most companies (not all), a mobile home 10 years or newer can be insured on a replacement cost basis. As long as you keep the policy in force, many companies will allow you to stay on replacement cost coverage until the home is 15 years old. After that, the policy will revert to an actual cash value basis on the 16th year. (NOTE*: those numbers vary from company to company, but these numbers are fairly standard)

If you have a question that wasn't answered feel free to give me a call, and I will be glad to help you with whatever questions you have.
